The Longevity Revolution is Here
JOIN US IN HONOLULU, HAWAII AND BE PART OF IT!
It’s not about just living longer, it’s about living healthy longer — and extending your healthspan.

Exclusive Invitation
Join us in Honolulu for an immersive, transformative, and luxurious four-day retreat to become biologically younger.
Space is limited to only 25 participants who will enjoy this unique experience.
The Longevity Revolution Starts Now!
A Science-Led Retreat to Explore Your Future Self
Lokahi Longevity invites you to an immersive, transformative experience in Hawaii — where beauty, science, and purpose converge. This is more than a luxury retreat, it’s a guided journey toward a biologically younger, more vibrant you.
Join a like-minded community of healthspan seekers for exclusive access to the visionaries advancing the frontiers of longevity science and regenerative medicine.
You’ll explore what’s now possible in optimizing your longevity — led by the very scientists and physicians who are driving the most promising breakthroughs in aging biology.
Come for the setting.
Stay for the science.
Leave with a renewed sense of what’s possible for your health, vitality, and future.
Health is wealth. And it is your privilege.
For centuries, the dream of delaying aging — of living longer, healthier lives — has stirred the human imagination. Until now, that dream remained out of reach, too often fueled by myth, mysticism, or marketing. But today, we are entering a new era, driven not by wishful thinking, but by science.
Recent breakthroughs in biology, medicine, and systems science have revealed the intricate mechanisms behind aging — not just at the level of symptoms, but deep within our cells and tissues. We can now observe, quantify, and even begin to influence the molecular and cellular pathways that drive age-related decline.
This is the tipping point.
For the first time in history, we possess the tools to move beyond treating diseases one at a time. We can target the root causes of aging itself — slowing, halting, and in some cases, even reversing the processes that lead to frailty, cognitive decline, and chronic disease.
This is not about chasing immortality. It's about extending the period of life spent in good health — healthspan — and doing so with the rigor and credibility that modern science demands.
We invite you to challenge the old assumptions. To look at the data. And to see what’s possible when science and medicine come together with a singular goal: giving us more time to live well.

Elective Primer, Movement — “Tai Chi and Becoming One with Nature,” Martin Lee, PhD
Most Americans became familiar with kung fu from a ‘70s TV show. Did you know that tai chi, focused on slow and relaxing movements, is a type of kung fu and is in fact a martial art with combat techniques? You can think of tai chi as kung fu in slow motion. Former Stanford physicist Dr. Lee and his wife Emily were the only Americans to study with Yu Pen-Shih, one of China's foremost tai chi masters. Dr. Lee developed a groundbreaking practical program that combines Eastern and Western approaches to wellness, which he calls “physical philosophy.” His tai chi protocol has been verified by the NIH as having health benefits. Dr. Lee and Emily authored The Healing Art of Tai Chi: Becoming One with Nature.
Deeply knowledgeable and prescient about the healthspan movement, he has long been an advocate for healthy eating and the epigenetic lifestyle foundations of longevity. He has millions of passionate followers and readers who see him as their “digital doc.” Dr. Hyman studied Buddhism and for a period lived in China.

“A Breakthrough and Highly Individualized mRNA Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine,” Bob Peterson, MD
The science behind mRNA vaccines entered our collective consciousness as the COVID pandemic raged. The COVID vaccine took a mere few months to develop and receive FDA approval – a spectacularly successful achievement in public health medicine. A similar race to develop a personalized mRNA vaccine targeting specific cancers is underway in Phase II clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Peterson explains this exciting new protocol that is now available for patients.
12:30 PM
Lunch at Mud Hen Water restaurant, a local favorite described as “A Hawaiian Sense of Plate.” Chef Ed Kenney is a Restaurateur of the Year
“GLP-1 Agonists Are Having a Superstar Moment. Other Effective Alternatives Worth Considering,” Valter Longo, PhD
GLP-1 agonists are having a superstar moment. For some, these hormonal peptides can be a miracle. But despite the market’s exuberance, they are not for everybody and can have significant downsides. High cost. Measurable loss of muscle mass. Kidney inflammation and low blood pressure, gastrointestinal disorders, and vomiting. A plateau effect when at some point they no longer do what they’re supposed to do. In essence, they’re not the ideal sustainable solution for everyone. Dr. Longo is widely known for the caloric restriction (CR) diet. His Fast Mimicking Diet (FMD) and Longevity Diet protocols have been shown to be effective and worth considering. If GLP-1 is not right for you, Dr. Longo presents the science behind alternatives and offramps from GLP-1 agonists – for high adherence and minimum behavioral changes.
3:00 PM
Elective Primer, Nutrition — “Western Medicine and Longevity Nutrition Meet Native Hawaiian Medicinal Wisdom,” Terry Shintani, MD, JD, MPH
A Harvard-trained, world-renowned nutritionist and Hawaiian cultural kumu (“sacred teacher”), he has been featured in Newsweek, CNN, and CBS News. How does one integrate the best of these apparently disparate worlds? What role does native Hawaiian medicinal nutrition and spirituality play in the science of longevity? Hear Dr. Shintani’s unique perspective as he blends the practical, the spiritual, and the scientific. And he gets practical with cooking preparation tips to maximize impact on longevity and healthspan. He is author of several books on nutrition, including Peace Diet: Reverse Obesity, Aging and Disease.
4:00 PM
Ancient Hawaiian royalty harnessed ocean waves and created the sport. Today, the world has joined in the alchemical dance between Nature and Man/Woman. Carissa will “talk story” (local slang for “stay awhile and chat”) about the spiritual experience of surfing. SPECIAL INVITATION to a drawing for surfing with Carissa. Her surfer pals in the close-knit Hawaiian surfing community are available for 1:1 lessons during your stay.
Elective, Nature — “The Spiritual Choreography of Surfing,” Carissa Moore, Olympics Gold Medalist in Surfing
6:30 PM
In outrigger canoes with only family, a few plants and animals, and deep knowledge of the sea and stars, ancient Polynesians set sail over the vast unknown and landed on the Hawaiian Islands. These early aquanauts knew well Nature’s cues. They were familiar with the varying swells of the ocean water. They intuited the language of winds. And they studied the signals of the clouds at day and the stars at night. Nainoa navigated the Hokule’a to Tahiti and around the world using ancient wayfinding techniques, without modern mariner instruments. He will host our Members for what promises to be an unforgettable evening aboard the Hokule’a.
SPECIAL DINNER ON THE HOKULE’A

America’s #1 research geriatrician, Dr. Willcox heralded a new frontier as his lab’s work catalyzed an NIH funded study that resulted in a meaningful extension of mammalian life with an exceptionally safe geroprotective developed in Hawaii. We're on the road to a healthy 100 years old!
“Our Genes are Not Prescriptive Destiny,” Bradley Willcox, MD
12:00 PM Lunch
James Beard Award winner Chef Jojo Vasquez of Fond Restaurant in Lahaina, Maui will be specially flown in to prepare his favorites
“Forever Strong — Muscle is Your Longevity Cornerstone,” Gabrielle Lyon, MD
Skeletal muscle is your longevity organ. Muscle mass loss begins at 30 and increasingly accelerates with each decade after 50. Tending to muscle growth requires new strategies – including resistance training and increased protein intake. The exciting news: strength training also yields neurogenerative benefits from increased myokines and brain derived neurotrophic factors (BDNF). Dr. Lyon passionately exhorts you to prioritize exercise for skeletal muscle growth.
2:00 - 3:30 PM
Rhonda Patrick, PhD, is a biomedical scientist and aging expert who studies the connections between nutrition, exercise, and age-related diseases. She will lead guests in the Norwegian 4x4 exercise protocol that has been proven to reverse your heart age by 18 years. How well we utilize oxygen as measured by the VO2Max test is a predictor of healthspan. The regimen can be difficult, but the rewards are great and scientifically proven to work. Let's do this!
Elective Primer, Exercise — “Reverse Heart Aging by 18 Years,” Rhonda Patrick, PhD

A MAGICAL SEND-OFF: Cocktails, Dinner & Dancing
“The Hype and the Truth About Longevity,” Peter Attia, MD
In his best-seller Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity and popular podcast, Dr. Attia asks us to imagine our last 10 years of life, which he calls the Decathlon Decade. What would you like to be able to do? Hoist a carry-on into the overhead bin? Run around the park with an energetic grandchild? Climb the Athenian hill to amble about the Parthenon? What do you need to do today to ensure you can? He dispenses with the hype and focuses on the practical, achievable, and real — the Top 5 things to do now.
